I was pleasantly surprised. At the time of this review MRS did not have any Yelp reviews but when I searched on Google they had an overall 4.9 star review.RESPONSIVENESSVery responsive. They responded quickly to my quote and communicated with me promptly to all my replies.AVAILABILITYThey scheduled to come out for a free quote same day! And it was a Sunday!FREE QUOTEShout out to Michael. He came out and provided me a free estimate. He was EXTREMELY thorough and knowledgeable. He identified it was an electrical wiring issue and informed me my garage door wall openers and garage door system is working fine. He even took the time to disconnect the garage door wall opener on the side that was working to test if it was a garage door system issue or electrical issue. He provided me two solutions: one that works around the wiring issue to rewire on another side for my garage door to function again. Second option was to contact an electrician. I chose the second because option one would not address my wiring issue. I appreciated his honesty and the time spent to diagnose my problem.

Superb service with tons of experience and knowledge. Dan was the serviceman who came to my house. Our garage door had gotten off track. He was able to reposition the door and install a new garage door opener. There were some problems with the track and he was able to troubleshoot the problem and come up with a solution. Dan was extremely personable and polite. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. MRS Garage Door Services is blessed to have him on their team. Found these guys through Thumbtack, first of all, Dan the technician arrived before the scheduled time which was great. Secondly, he was very professional and friendly and when we discussed pricing he was willing to work with me, with a price that suited my budget. Lastly, he didn’t rush to complete the installation of my garage door opener and even showed me that it, was working before he left. All in all i must say that I was very satisfied with the service rendered by this company and would use them in the future and highly recommend them.
